From Piemonte to Martin Place
Al Dente Pasta Bar was born from the passion of Michele Guarneri, a chef from Piemonte, Italy, who has been cooking in Sydney's best kitchens since 2014.
After launching his private chef and catering service Michelone at Home during COVID in 2020, Michele partnered with Marcello Farioli of the renowned I Maccheroni restaurant to open Al Dente in the heart of Martin Place.
